Running Meta Ads Across India, UK, UAE and Kuwait: What Actually Changes
Same platform, four very different markets. What I have learned spending across all four, and the mistakes that cost money.

One platform, four personalities
A question I get constantly: "Can we just run the same ads everywhere?" Short answer: no. Long answer: the structure can be shared, but the message cannot.
India: volume and speed
India gives you cheap attention and massive lead volume. The trap is lead quality. Friction is your friend here: add one qualifying question to your forms and your cost per qualified lead drops even as cost per lead rises. Hindi-English mixed creative consistently outperforms pure English outside metro tiers.
UK: trust before click
UK buyers are skeptical and comparison-shop everything. Social proof in the ad itself, real numbers, real names, real locations, outperforms polished brand creative. Expect higher CPCs and accept them: the intent is stronger.
UAE: premium positioning wins
In the UAE, discount-led ads attract discount buyers. Position on speed, service, and status. Arabic plus English bilingual creative is not optional for local audiences, and WhatsApp is the default business channel, not email.
Kuwait: small pond, big fish
Kuwait is a compact, high-spending market. Audiences saturate fast, so creative refresh cycles need to be shorter, roughly every 2 weeks. Word travels quickly in small markets, which makes follow-up quality a brand decision, not just a sales one.
The takeaway
Keep the account structure simple and shared. Localize the message, the language, the offer framing, and the follow-up channel. The algorithm is global. Trust is local.
