My Creative Testing Framework: 15 Ads a Month, Zero Guesswork

The exact system I use to find winning ad angles for clients across India, UK, UAE and Kuwait without burning budget.

Stop guessing what will work

Most brands make ads the way they make dinner: whatever they feel like, whenever they remember. Then they wonder why performance is random.

Winning accounts treat creative like a laboratory. Here is the framework I run for every client.

Step 1: Mine the angles

Angles come from four places: customer reviews (yours and competitors'), sales call recordings, comment sections, and refund reasons. Refund reasons are gold because they tell you exactly what doubt your next ad must kill.

From that research, write 10 angles. An angle is not an ad. It is a belief shift, like "you do not need more leads, you need faster follow-up."

Step 2: Structure the test

  • One campaign, broad targeting, one variable per ad set: the hook.
  • Each angle gets 3 hooks. That is how 10 angles become 15 to 30 test ads.
  • Fixed daily budget per ad set. No tinkering for 72 hours.

Step 3: Judge on the right metric

Kill on thumbstop rate and cost per qualified action, not vanity CTR. An ad that gets cheap clicks and expensive customers is a trap.

Step 4: Scale what survives

Winners get iterated, not celebrated. Take the winning hook, make 4 variations, and put it back in the arena. Creative fatigue in 2026 arrives in 2 to 3 weeks, so the machine never stops.

That is the whole game: research, structured tests, ruthless judging, constant iteration. Boring, repeatable, profitable.
